Way Too Cool was one of (if not the first) to manufacture a three-wavelength lamp, starting with our original three-fixture UV lamp from the early 2000s. Now, we are pleased to offer this three-wavelength UV flashlight.

SAFETY WARNING
The LED is a Class 3B LED hazard. Do NOT look directly into the beam of the flashlight and do not point it towards any eyes.
Battery and Charging Information
Some of the WTC Dealers offer different options for the batteries and the charger. When purchased directly from WTC, the flashlight set comes with three 2,500 mA protected rechargeable Li-ION batteries, the filter glass pre-installed, and a USB charger.
The batteries will arrive partially discharged because of postal regulations. You should consider fully charging the batteries before extended use. We provide 18650 batteries that have been tested to be between 2,500 mA and 3,000 mA.
The set also comes with a simple-to-use Li-ION smart USB charger. While the batteries are charging the LED will be red. When the batteries are fully charged, the LED turns a solid green and the batteries should be removed from the charger. If you have questions about the charger, please contact us with your concerns.

William Gardner has US Patent #7781751 for the use of colored glass absorption filters (and other kinds of wavelength changing absorption filters for use with UV LED battery operated devices). If someone imports, makes, uses, offers to sell, or sells filtered UV LED flashlights in the U.S., using colored glass absorption filters such as Hoya glass, Kokomo glass, or ZWB2 glass, they are infringing US Patent #7781751. William Gardner has authorized Way Too Cool, LLC to use his patent and he is willing to license the use of the patent to other manufacturers of filtered UV LED Flashlights and similar UV battery operated devices. If you buy a filtered UV flashlight or other similar battery operated product that does NOT have U.S. Patent number 7781751 on it - please be aware that it is COUNTERFEIT and that selling it, or purchasing it, infringes on the patent and is illegal.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title, whoever without authority makes, uses, offers to sell, or sells any patented invention, within the United States, or imports into the United States any patented invention during the term of the patent therefor, infringes the patent.
